, Sole Administrator, brings with passion and competence a qualified eno-gastronomical experience, fruit of his studies at the renowned Hotel Management School of Stresa, his working practice in Italy and abroad, and the achievement - in 1979 - of the Professional Sommelier (Wine Connoisseur) Diploma.
To make a good wine is nothing short of a mission expressed in the continuous quest for quality.
Such research evolves – quite naturally – in the procurement within the geographical area FRIULI AQUILEIA DOC of the best grapes from which the wines are then made.
The soil is prevalently clayey with a sandy component which differs in percentage from area to area. It has
originated over thousands of years from alluvial phenomena, snatching from the overtowering hills clay, sand and rich mineral detritis of various compositions.
Climate and soil in combination, favour the optimum growing of the vine and ensure the plant ideal conditions of equilibrium, principal factor to obtain grapes of the highest qualità.
